Two local partners, Nigel Davies and David Craddock, established Davies Craddock in 1978.
The firm is centrally located at 4/8 John Street, Llanelli and prides itself on providing a quality service, employing local staff with local knowledge.

The Estate Agents department is headed by Christopher Folkard. The department deals with domestic and commercial properties for sale and to let. The department also prides itself on securing mortgages for people with a range of different financial circumstances.
The Personal Lines Insurance Department is headed by Julie Walters and provides access to car, household, house contents and many other types of personal insurance.
Zoe Williams heads the Commercial insurance department, a department which provides all types of business insurance including Professional and Public Liability, Premises and Vehicle Fleet insurance.
David Craddock, The Independent Financial Adviser controls the Financial Services department, providing ISA's, Life Insurance, Pensions, Mortgage Protection, Illness cover and other financial products.
