Davies Craddock are an independently run estate agency based in Llanelli. Established in 1978, we put local knowledge and expertise at the forefront of everything we do. Our passion for property and unique marketing strategies put us in a prime position to make selling or buying a property as easy as possible. We have a team with various skill sets dedicated to ensuring we make the whole property experience as trouble-free and transparent as possible.

Estates Manager
Christopher is our estates manager here at Davies Craddock. Chris is based both in and out of the office undertaking valuations of properties as well as all aspects of office and staff management, making him our most valuable member of staff.
Senior Valuer
Stuart Davies has worked as a valuer for Davies Craddock for a number of years bringing in an abundance of high quality properties and establishing great interpersonal relationships with clients who return time and time again for his services.
Sales Negotiator
Helen is an experienced and professional sales negotiator who sees the sales process through from start to finish, spending most of her time out of the office conducting property viewings and bringing our clients from viewings through to the sales and aftersales process.

Lettings Manager
Michael, our newest member of staff has taken on the role of lettings manager and maintains our rental properties. Michael provides both landlords and tenants with a quality service and can be relied on for organising regular property inspections and organising maintenance whilst ensuring the rental process runs smoothly for all parties involved.

Office Administrator
Laura is based permanently in the Davies Craddock office and is responsible for the listing of properties as well as all aspects of administration and customer service, including organising viewings, answering queries and maintaining relationships with clients who need any assistance during the sales or lettings process.
